If the technician has already been dispatched, a visiting charge may apply.
Refunds are applicable only if:
Service was not delivered as promised.
Wrong charges were billed mistakenly.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
Charges for diagnostics or visits are non-refundable once the service is performed.
